New daily habits
- Drink water: depends on the day, but mostly 2L per day
- Diet: no sweets, no sugar drinks
- 2x exercises a day: min. of 30min every day
- no alcohol
- read 2 pages: non-fiction or fiction
- create something every week: music, something with kids
- document progress daily

- Stayin in bed
- Phone use without reason: in front of kids, in bed
- Unfinished business
