My daily reminder looks like this:

First check of the day is my weekly plan. I ask myself the question: “What do I need to do this week?”
Next in line is my value plan, which reminds me who I am and who I want to be.
Then I check my calendar for all my meetings, and finally, I fill in the remaining time with work blocks.
When I start a time block, I launch a Pomodoro app called Flow. This helps me work for 25 minutes without interruptions..
