I like this video series because I feel very related to it. Struggling to not get to your full potential. Watching gurus and trying to embed their methods, but failing doing so.

To make a change you need constraints, and in my and also in the goal guy’s situation tough constraints.

The next video is about that tough constraint. A 75-day challenge where you drink water, exercise, don’t do cheat meals and alcohol, read, diet, and make a progress photo daily. 75 hard challenges.

It’s a hard challenge, and you need to be able to change details and make it your own. This is also the nice part of this challenge. A 45-minute workout can be anything, including stretching or yoga.

The last video made me smile. It shows everything comes together. The focus, the adjustments, the energy, and most importantly, the results!
